To deposit via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, log in to kubatoto and select your preferred payment method in the deposit section. The system generates a virtual account number or QR code specific to your transaction. You open your payment app (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.) and scan the code or enter the account number. The amount is transferred immediately from your app balance or linked bank account. Your kubatoto balance updates within seconds of confirmation. We also accept local payment, which works with any e-wallet or bank app that supports the standard. For larger deposits, you can transfer directly from your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment bank account to our virtual account number. Bank transfers typically settle within one to two hours during business hours. All deposits are confirmed by email and recorded on your account statement.

If you cannot log in, see activity you do not recognize, or suspect your password has been compromised, contact our live-chat support team immediately. They can temporarily lock your account to prevent unauthorized use. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. We send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link and create a new password. If you do not have access to your email, provide our support team with your username and registered phone number and they will verify your identity and help you recover access. Never share your password with anyone, including kubatoto staff. We never ask for your password via email or chat. If someone claims to represent kubatoto and asks for your password, that is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We accept direct bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment accounts. When you select bank transfer as your deposit method, we display a virtual account number assigned to your kubatoto account. You log in to your bank app (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment) and transfer the amount to that virtual account. The transfer is processed within one to two hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00). Transfers initiated outside banking hours are queued and processed the next business day. Once we receive and confirm your transfer, your kubatoto balance is credited immediately. You receive an email receipt of the deposit. For withdrawals, you provide your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment account details and we transfer your balance directly to your bank account. Withdrawal review takes up to one business day, then the bank processes the transfer (usually one to two hours). Fees may apply depending on your bank and the transfer method.

No. One person may hold only one account on kubatoto. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts using the same identity, email, phone number, IP address, or device, we will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances. Multiple accounts violate our terms and are used to circumvent withdrawal limits or claim multiple welcome offers — we detect and prevent this. If you accidentally create a second account, contact our support team immediately to close it before we take automatic action. Creating accounts for other people or using kubatoto on behalf of someone else is also prohibited. Each account must belong to a unique adult who is legally permitted to use our service in their jurisdiction.

Games and betting

Live-dealer tables are hosted from our studios with real dealers and real cards or equipment. You see the action via multiple camera angles on your phone or desktop screen.
